Terms of Service
TrackCost.ai is operated by Elevian Technologies, a privately held software company building cloud-native SaaS products for modern businesses.
Service: TrackCost.ai is an AI cost-observability gateway that routes your requests to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, and 13+ others) while tracking per-developer cost and usage.
Your API keys: You are responsible for the provider API keys you register. We encrypt them with AES-256-GCM before storage and use them only to forward your requests. You may revoke them at any time.
Billing: The Solo tier is a 7-day trial capped at 500 total requests. Paid plans (Team, Org) are billed monthly via Polar — our Merchant of Record — and may be cancelled at any time through the customer portal accessible from your billing settings.
Cost tracking: We calculate request costs based on published provider pricing. Costs for newly released models may be approximate until our pricing data is updated.
Uptime: We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA. The service is provided as-is.
Data handling: See our privacy policy and security page for details on encryption, retention, and access controls.
Limitations: You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to violate provider terms of service, or to circumvent provider rate limits.
Termination: We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
